Group Class: Re-Discover Your Natural Ease
We will explore the principles of the Alexander Technique and seek to deepen our understanding and use of the Technique in our daily lives. I welcome students with all levels of experience - however little or much - who want to expand or refresh their skills. Class size limited to eight.
In class we will explore:
Tension patterns you may be experiencing and how to move out of them.
Choosing response vs. reaction.
The integration of the head-neck-back relationship.
Everyday movements like walking and reaching, as well as specialized activities from your daily life.
Freeing the natural breath.
The functional anatomy of our movement &
The impact of our thought on our bodies.
Eight group classes and a personalized individual lesson.

Experiential Workshop: Re-Discover Your
Natural Ease
This hour and a half introductory workshop is for people coping with undue tension. The Alexander Technique is a holistic approach to easier moving, breathing and being. Discover a practical method for better posture, less pain, and mind-body integration. Participants will have a chance for some gentle experiential understanding to awaken your body’s innate ease.
